Accessibility
This site is built so that as many people as possible can use it, including people who rely on assistive technology or keyboard navigation.

Our commitment
CoherentOrgs SRL aims for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable. We test with keyboard-only use, visible focus, semantic HTML, and common browser zoom levels.
What we have implemented
- Skip link to jump straight to the main content
- Logical heading structure and descriptive link text where we control it
- Form labels tied to inputs; error messages exposed to assistive technologies
- Reduced-motion support for interface animations where applicable
- Sufficient colour contrast for body text and interactive elements
Known limitations
Some decorative motion and illustration effects remain on certain pages. If you use “Reduce motion” in your system settings, many of these are toned down or disabled. Third-party tools (for example booking or form services) have their own interfaces; we cannot fully control their accessibility.
Help us improve
If you encounter a barrier — a page that is hard to use with a screen reader, missing focus, unclear labels, or anything else — please tell us. We will take it seriously and do our best to fix it.
Email connect@lilidavid.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line and, if you can, the page address and what went wrong.
Formal complaints
Depending on where you live and what laws apply to the service you are using, you may have rights to raise accessibility concerns with a national equality body, consumer organisation, or regulator. This site is a small-business professional presence; if you need a formal route, check guidance for your country. This is general information only and not legal advice.
