Transform the underlying patterns
that keep teams stuck
I help organizations reshape the structures, habits, and interactions that get in the way of clarity, shared responsibility, and greater effectiveness.
Where organizations lose balance
Many organizations get stuck at one of two extremes:
Focused on inclusion,
but lacking clarity and traction
The organization values participation and care — but responsibilities are unclear, meetings drain energy, progress is slow, and key priorities slip.
Focused on performance,
but low in ownership and engagement
The organization values efficiency and output — but leadership is overloaded, decisions lack buy-in, tensions run high and people disengage.
What it takes to have the best of both?
When inclusion is ↑ but clarity is ↓
What helps is more structure: clearer responsibilities and structure, stronger meeting practices, and agreements that sustain momentum.
When performance is ↑ but ownership is ↓
What helps is more participation: healthier communication, adequate transparency and participatory decisions that people truly support.
The point is to build habits and structures where effectiveness and care reinforce each other.
Three ways of working together
Facilitation
I support groups in designing and running engaging meetings that are purposeful, well-structured, and highly effective.

I work more deeply with organizations that want to understand and address the core issues behind recurring challenges.

I support leaders and teams who want to better understand how their own behaviour influences team dynamics and outcomes — one-to-one or in a group setting.
Learn more →Outcomes
The goal is not only to solve immediate challenges, but to improve how people work together day to day.

I’m drawn to the point where thoughtful structure meets the reality of human relationships.
What shapes my perspective
My path into this work began in nonprofit and socially oriented projects, where I saw how often good intentions were undermined by fuzzy roles, draining meetings, and unhealthy dynamics. Discovering sociocracy — and joining the Sociocracy 3.0 development team in 2015 — gave me a practical framework that I’ve continued to build on ever since.
More about me →Lili came at exactly the right time. Her grounded presence, sharp observations, and fresh perspective brought greater clarity and real stability to the team. Her impact was also visible in the founder — in a shift in attitude, better communication, and new perspectives that made him much easier to relate to and work with.

I’m looking forward to learning about what you’d like to improve.
